Zou Zou Boutique noes not process refunds. We accepts returns for apparel for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase.
- All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact within 14 days of original purchase.
- All accessories are final sale.
Zou Zou Boutique monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses. Shipping available in the US and Canada.

HOW DO I SHIP MY EXCHANGE?
Pack and seal your package, in the original packaging if possible, including all tags attached and receipt. You should ship your exchange with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept COD (cash on delivery).
